Metal Shop, Warehousemen, and Helpers Union, Local 970, went on strike at the plant of B.F. Nelson Folding Cartons, Inc. (Nelson). After a brief strike, the union and Nelson agreed to a new collective bargaining agreement and the striking employees returned to work.
