REMY CHIASSON, Judge Ad Hoc.

This is an appeal in a medical malpractice case which was tried before a jury and in which the trial court directed a verdict in favor of the defendant Dr. Charles W. Krieger at the close of the plaintiff's case. Finding that reasonable men could differ regarding whether plaintiff's evidence established the appropriate standard of care, we reverse and remand for a new trial on the merits.
