A jury found Hollan C. Taylor guilty of possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute. The trial court sentenced Taylor to ten years for both offenses, to be served concurrently. However, the trial court later entered an order merging the offenses and dismissing the charge for possession of marijuana, the lesser included offense.
