While guests at defendant Ritz Carlton Hotel (the Ritz), plaintiffs Judith Stern (Stern) and Yvette Schlumpf (Schlumpf) allege that defendants Svetlin Tanev (Tanev) and Arnold Vodovosov (Vodovosov) sexually assaulted them during the course of each plaintiff's massage. Plaintiffs filed a three-count complaint against the Ritz and Tanev and Vodovosov, individually. The Ritz filed a motion for summary judgment, which...
