Thomas Hoopes appeals from the October 21, 1997 judgment of sentence imposed following his third conviction for driving while under the influence. Appellant argues police did not follow required regulations set forth in the Pennsylvania Code governing admissibility of blood alcohol content ("BAC") tests, and the court erred in admitting the evidence.
