Plaintiff, as conservator of the estate of Qing Kong, a minor, commenced this action to recover damages for injuries sustained by Kong as a result of placing his hand in a food grinder at his parents' restaurant. Plaintiff sued the manufacturer of the grinder, General Slicing Machine Company, Inc., and the distributor of the product, A.J. Marshall Company, Inc. A settlement was reached with General Slicing and plaintiff proceeded to trial against Marshall...
