MEMORANDUM OF DECISION CLARIFYING SCOPE OF STAY

FRANCIS G. CONRAD, Bankruptcy Judge.

VNB seeks1 a clarification of the scope of the automatic stay from this court to clear the way for the State court to issue a Certificate of Non-Redemption against junior lien-holders in VNB's foreclosure action against Debtors. We hold that issuance of the Certificate would violate the automatic stay.
