The government appeals from an amended judgment entered July 28, 1997 in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, convicting Defendant Aubrey Stanley Young of importing cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 952(a) following Young's plea of guilty before David G. Trager, Judge. The district court sentenced the defendant to 21 months' imprisonment, to be followed by a five-year term of supervised release...
