The City of College Park ("the City") filed this action against Sheraton Savannah Corporation ("Sheraton") to recover for kitchen equipment it provided for use in a hotel which adjoins the Georgia International Convention and Trade Center ("the Civic Center"). The City alleges Sheraton refused to return the kitchen equipment after it purchased the hotel and now refuses to pay for it under the terms of the prior hotel proprietor's 1983 kitchen...
