Edward Wangelin, Jr., appeals from a judgment in favor of Gene Lessor in the amount of $14,140.31 for faulty workmanship in the construction of Lessor's duplex. While Wangelin concedes that the building had defects, he alleges that the trial court's findings with regard to damages were contrary to the great weight and clear preponderance of the evidence.
