OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Defendants appeal the district court's order granting plaintiff access to certain State of Michigan prison facilities, staff, and documents for discovery purposes. Because we conclude the order is neither a final order under 28 U.S.C. § 1291 nor an interlocutory order properly appealable under 28 U.S.C. § 1292, we dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
