PER CURIAM.

Appellant, James Petron, appeals the denial of his rule 3.800(a) motion to correct an illegal sentence. We affirm.

Appellant pled no contest to attempted first degree murder, uttering, battery of a law enforcement officer, and burglary of a dwelling, in 1986.
