Plaintiff Ara Shekerjian ("Shekerjian") filed the instant suit against Defendant Pyramid Mouldings, Inc. ("Pyramid"), alleging age discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 623, 631.
