Dwight W. Stoskopf appeals the district court's decision to remove him as executor of the estates of W. Walter Stoskopf and Aleen F. Stoskopf.

The Stoskopfs owned and operated a farm in Barton County. The Stoskopfs had three sons—Dwight, Darrel, and Morris. On January 11, 1991, the Stoskopfs gave Dwight a durable power of attorney. Aleen died on December 4, 1994, and Walter died on December...
