We have for review L.O. v. State, 697 So.2d 1273 (Fla. 3d DCA 1997), wherein the district court certified conflict with several decisions of the First District Court of Appeal.1 We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(4), Fla. Const. We approve the result in L.O. as explained herein.
