This is a declaratory judgment action brought by plaintiff Plymouth Farmers Mutual Insurance Association (Plymouth) to determine the rights and obligations of the parties under a contract of fire insurance for a home owned by defendant Linda Armour. The home was destroyed as a result of arson committed by Linda's estranged husband, Robert Rasmussen.
