Henry Norman Luke was further charged with three counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, in that he did "receive, possess and transport a ... Mossberg New Haven 12 gauge shotgun, Model 600," a "Chinese Norinco SKS 7.62 x 39 rifle[, and] one Marlin model 60, .22 caliber rifle...
