A review of the record as a whole demonstrates by clear and convincing evidence that the petitioner-appellant agency performed sufficiently "diligent efforts" to reunite the family as is required by Social Services Law § 384-b. Respondents permanently neglected their children despite the agency's efforts on their behalf. Accordingly, we reverse the order of the Family Court dismissing the petitions against the respondents seeking the termination of the parental rights...
