This case arises out of the tragic death of a twelve-year-old boy. Gayle Quigley is the mother of Andrew Wantland, who died after unsuccessful attempts to treat with spiritual healing methods of the Christian Science church (Church) what turned out to be a case of juvenile diabetes. Following Andrew's death, Quigley sued the Church and various of its members who participated in his treatment, as well as his grandmother...
