This matter is before us on the appeal of attorney Donna Lesyshen from the findings of the Grievance Commission of the Iowa Supreme Court that her license to practice law should be suspended. Iowa Supreme Court Rule 118.11 permits this appeal. The Iowa Supreme Court Board of Professional Ethics and Conduct cross-appeals from the commission's findings. Iowa Supreme Court Rule 118.11 likewise permits the cross-appeal and authorizes this court to ...
