In this copyright action, the plaintiff-appellee Mahlon Dolman alleges that the defendants-appellants, Michael Agee, Michael Agee Productions, L & H Records, and The Nostalgia Archive, infringed on Dolman's copyrights in motion picture soundtrack musical compositions created by Dolman's stepfather, Leroy Shield, in the 1930s.
