WALLIN, Associate Justice.

Antonio Robles appeals his conviction for car theft contending the trial court erred by failing to grant his motion to suppress evidence. We reverse.

Ten days after Rolando Sanchez's Oldsmobile was stolen, he saw Robles drive it into a convenience store parking lot, leave on foot, and return with a can of gas. Robles drove off, but Sanchez found him in a nearby alley standing by the vehicle with two other people...
