A jury found the appellant in this proceeding, Paul D. York, guilty of daytime burglary in violation of W.Va.Code 61-3-11, and the Circuit Court of Clay County sentenced him to from 1-10 years in the State Penitentiary.2 On appeal, Mr. York claims, among other things, that the circuit court improperly failed to suppress the admission of evidence obtained during a search of the trunk of the vehicle...
