In this wrongful death/products liability action filed on behalf of his late son, Sandy Brito ("the decedent" or "Sandy"), Juan Brito ("Brito") appeals from a summary final judgment order in favor of American Eagle Wheel ("AEW"). The decedent was killed in a single vehicle accident when his 1989 Jeep Wrangler, equipped with oversized tires on AEW's wheels, lost control and hit a pole.
