Following a jury trial, appellant Luis Candelaria-Silva ("Candelaria-Silva") was convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distribution of amounts in excess of fifty grams of cocaine base, five kilograms of cocaine, one kilogram of heroin and an undetermined amount of marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) & 846.
