LIPEZ, Justice.

[¶ 1] David and Suzanne Blake appeal from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Calkins, J.) declaring that they are not entitled to use a right-of-way which crosses property owned by their neighbors, Richard and Lois LaBelle. The Blakes argue, inter alia, that the court erred by determining that the LaBelles' predecessor-in-interest did not reserve an easement appurtenant for the benefit of the Blake property...
