The issue in this diversity case is whether Wisconsin courts have personal jurisdiction over a Tennessee lawyer who suggested that a Tennessee prosecutor investigate a Wisconsin resident, when the investigation culminated in an indictment in Tennessee and an arrest and extradition proceedings in Wisconsin. We hold that because the Tennessee lawyer did not commit any acts relevant to the alleged torts of malicious prosecution, abuse of process...
