Latosha Armstead appeals from a non-final circuit court order denying her motion to dismiss the charge of first-degree intentional homicide, party to a crime, and ordering that she should not be "reverse waived" to the juvenile court, but instead, should remain subject to the jurisdiction of the adult court.
