[¶ 1] Floyd Young, Jr. appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Knox County, Kravchuk, J.) following a jury verdict finding him guilty of theft by deception in violation of 17-A M.R.S.A. § 354 (1983).1 Young argues that there was insufficient evidence for the jury to find that he failed to disclose the existence of a mortgage on property that he sold to the victims, Daniel and Kristie Bourkas...
