The plaintiffs brought suit in the Circuit Court of Cook County alleging that the defendants violated the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act ("IWPCA"), 820 ILCS 115/1 et seq. They claim that the defendants improperly deducted medical expenses from their wages without written authorization. The defendants removed the action to this court claiming that the plaintiffs' state law claims...
