Calvin Leon Nelson was convicted of aggravated assault, kidnapping with bodily harm, and armed robbery. He received two concurrent life sentences without parole on the kidnapping and armed robbery charges and a concurrent twenty-year sentence for the aggravated assault. He enumerates three errors on appeal.
