Lee, brings this appeal as of right from the final order of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas entered May 16, 1997, determining him to be a sexual predator pursuant to R.C. 2950.09(B) and the relevant factors set forth in R.C. 2950.09(B)(2) and 2970.01(H)(6).
