The issue on appeal is whether there is competent evidence to support the conclusion of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County (trial court) that John J. Lynch, Sr. (Appellant) violated Sections 1572(a)(1)(ii) and 1572(b) of the Vehicle Code.1 We conclude that there is not, and the decision of the trial court is therefore reversed.
