HARRIS, Justice.

The district court correctly granted summary judgment in favor of defendants, an insurance company and its agent, in this suit alleging negligence in preparing an estate plan. Trusts recommended by the agent, as later created by an attorney, brought on disastrous tax consequences. Although the trial court holding could perhaps be affirmed as well on two alternative bases, we rely on just one. Assuming without deciding the defendant agent owed a duty...
