Defendant Lloyd Walter Childers, Jr. appeals his conviction of second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of his ex-wife, Kathy Delane Bryant ("Bryant"). Primarily, defendant contends that the trial court erroneously admitted testimonial evidence revealing Bryant's fear of defendant.
