A grand jury indicted Samuel Todd Taylor for possession of more than five grams of cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B), and for being a felon in possession of firearms in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(2).
