MONROE, Judge.

Frederick O. Brown, Jr., sued his insurer, Alfa Mutual Insurance Company, seeking to recover medical expenses he incurred for treatment of injuries he suffered in an automobile accident. In the lawsuit, Brown alleged breach of contract and bad faith failure to pay his medical coverage claim; he alleged other claims that were dismissed before trial.
