Dennis Jones appeals from a judgment entered after a jury convicted him of one count of armed robbery, party to a crime, contrary to §§ 943.32(1)(b) & (2) and 939.05, STATS. Relying on the decision of the United States Supreme Court in Batson v. Kentucky, 476 U.S. 79 (1986),1 Jones claims he was denied his constitutional right to equal protection of law
