The plaintiff, Harold Brandenburg (Brandenburg), appeals the trial court's judgment to uphold the State of Louisiana, Department of Health and Hospitals' (DHH) denial of his request for Medicaid assistance under the program's spend-down medically needy provision. For the reasons assigned below, we affirm.
