[¶ 1] Robert W. Scanlon1 appeals from a judgment entered after a non-jury trial in the Superior Court (York County, Fritzsche, J.) vacating the Town of Ogunquit's waiver of a frontage requirement granted to Scanlon. Scanlon contends that the court erred in deciding that the Ogunquit Planning Board lacked authority to waive certain performance standards set out in the Town's zoning ordinance. Finding no error...
