Andrew Stilwell appeals the summary final judgment in favor of Stilwell-Southern Walls, Inc. (SSW) which was rendered after the trial court struck Stilwell's pleadings as a sanction for his failure to comply with an order compelling discovery. Stilwell argues that under the facts of this case, the trial court abused its discretion in striking his pleadings as a sanction. We agree.
