A grand jury returned an eight count indictment against Watketa Valenzuela. Count one alleged that he participated in a conspiracy to distribute cocaine and cocaine base; count two charged that he intentionally used minors to distribute these narcotics; and counts three through eight alleged that he distributed cocaine and cocaine base within one thousand feet of a public school. The cocaine base was further identified in count one of the indictment...
