The plaintiff in this action is Brady Fluid Service, Inc., which we will refer to as Brady. The defendants are C. Leon Jordan and Debra L. Jordan, whom we shall refer to as the Jordans, and William H. Kuehn, whom we shall refer to as Kuehn. Brady owns and occupies tract No. 523, which lies east of the land owned by the Jordans and Kuehn and which is adjacent to those tracts. Kuehn owns the east 100 feet of tract No. 523-9J, which is adjacent to the west...
