This is the Court's Opinion on plaintiff's motion to amend and supplement its complaint. Plaintiff Gotham Partners, L.P. ("Gotham"), is a limited partner in defendant, Hallwood Realty Partners ("Hallwood"). Gotham filed this § 17-305 action to gain access to Hallwood's books and records. See 6 Del.C. § 17-305.
