Plaintiff Guy Cole appeals as of right an order granting summary disposition to defendant West Side Auto Employees Federal Credit Union on his claims of age discrimination in violation of the Civil Rights Act, M.C.L. § 37.2101 et seq.; M.S.A. § 3.548(101) et seq., and discrimination based on his alleged handicap of alcoholism in violation of the Michigan Handicappers' Civil Rights Act (HCRA), M.C.L. § 37.1101 et seq.;
