Charged with two counts of second degree murder, LSA-R.S. 14:30.1, Joseph Lee Jackson, Defendant, was found guilty as charged by a jury. The trial judge sentenced Defendant to two consecutive life sentences without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence.
