CAPPY, Justice:

This court granted allocatur to determine whether the Unionville-Chadds Ford School District's ("District") "Students Rights and Responsibilities" code ("district code") irreconcilably conflicts with the District's middle school discipline code ("middle school code"). Since we find that the codes do not irreconcilably conflict with each other, we conclude the expulsion of appellee, Marshall Hamilton, Jr., was proper and reverse...
