The issue presented in this appeal is whether an employer's workers' compensation insurer has a right to reimbursement from the employer's uninsured/underinsured ("UM") motorist insurer where the injured employee's attorney allegedly "acknowledged" the workers' compensation insurer's right to reimbursement, but where the UM policy specifically excludes any benefit to the workers' compensation insurer.
