NEWMAN, Justice.

Patricia Rue (Rue) appeals from an en banc Order of the Superior Court reversing an Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County (trial court) that denied K-Mart Corporation's (K-Mart) Post-Trial Motions and upheld a jury's verdict in favor of Rue on a defamation claim. The issue in this appeal is whether, in a subsequent civil action, the doctrine of collateral estoppel applies to the factual findings...
