WILLIAMS v. STATE

No. 98-337.

710 So.2d 85 (1998)

David Lee WILLIAMS, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District.

Rehearing Denied May 14, 1998.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

David Lee Williams, Yazoo City, MS, pro se.

No Appearance for Appellee.

W. SHARP, Judge.
